try switching up what your eating and your workout routine its good to switch it up every 4 to 6 weeks it keeps your body guessing if you dont your body gets used to the routine and doesnt burn as many calories as it did in the beginning.

yeah weight watchers is great and i dont even follow the new points plus i still have the book and chart from the old one and just use that it seems to still work great tho!

have you tried any diet plans? i used weight watchers and lost 75 pounds in 9 months of course i also worked out 7 days a week, i fell off and went back to my old ways and gained 15/20 lbs , im started 30DS today to get back on track! but honestly weight watchers point system really does work if you follow it!

i also just started today! i lost 85 pounds and kept it off for awhile but ive recently gained about 15-20 back and then i found this site its so nice to know theres people out there going through the same exact thing you are! i also would like to find sum supportive ppl on here to share tips and things like that
