Agreed because I cannot even pull up an ingredient list for Shakeology. You should take in a min of 1200 NET cal per day. Same here especially when in 1 hour they burn more calories cleaning than I do running at 6.5mph for an hour....That is why I don't log it---I feel I am cheating by logging something that cannot be accurately accounted for!!

I don't log it since I feel like I am lying to myself about being active. Instead I go run and know I have burnt those calories. I know I do burn calories while cleaning but I just let them be and don't account for them and look at it like a bonus that I am getting. I don't feel those calories can be accurately accounted…

While I normally do not have a problem in this area the other day I did have 700 calories left at bedtime and was not hungry but I had burned a massive amount working out that day so it gave me all those extra to eat up. I was not going to eat just to eat and fill those calories but for once in life I felt that way LOL…
