I looked on your profile and it said your GW is 93lbs? At 5'6", 93lbs IS underweight. Anyways, to answer the original poster: I'm 5'6" and my GW is around 98-103lbs, I have a small frame. I fluctuated between that range for months last year and it's where I feel most comfortable with my how I look.

I'm having the same issue lately but I'm assuming it's because I don't eat very many calorie dense foods. I've had a huge lack of appetite lately and I've been very, very active. :ohwell:

I used to have the same problem so I stopped eating a lot of carbs and more fats/proteins.

Sliced red/green peppers with salsa, bbq salmon tips, berries, apples, cheese slices, cucumber slices, grapes.

I never feel like that. Fruit has more vitamins, fibre, nutrients, etc than cookies do.. And to me, it (fruit) is more satisfying. Most apples are only 50-100 calories, that's not bad at all imo considering two cookies is around 140+ calories.

Sounds like you picked a type that's not really your thing. I absolutely LOVE tea but I can't stand certain types and flavors. Right now my favorite tea is a cinnamon vanilla flavored tea by Stash.

I used to think that too when I was younger. :laugh: I've never heard that either,, that's weird. Last summer I ate a lot of mangoes and I didn't gain weight from it. @OP: You gained weight from those things because you more than likely ate more calories overall than you needed.

My family is really supportive of me. At my lowest weight, they supported me and helped me in my anorexia recovery, gaining weight, etc, and now my mother is supporting me in my decision to lose weight. They just want the best for me and they want me to be comfortable with myself and I am extremely grateful for that.

I don't track sugars because I don't have a medical reason to. I track the calories in fruit like everything else but I don't worry about the sugar in it.

I don't log diet pop, tea, spices, gum (unless I chew multiple pieces), sugar twin (I use very little of it so there's no reason for me to log it), pickles and coffee.

I used to work with cats in a shelter. I had to clean their cages, feed them, play with them, give them medicine if they needed it, help people with the adoption process, etc. I was a volunteer and I always looked forward to going. I miss the cats but I hated the other people who volunteered there, they would always leave…

You can't spot reduce. If you want them not to touch, you have to lose weight all over. My thighs don't touch when I weigh under 125 but it's different for everyone, it depends on how your body is built.
