Eggs, cheese, meat, peanut butter (I love PB & CO. cinnamon raisin swirl PB), almonds and full fat yogurt keep me full for quite a while.

Tried making this, it didn't work for me. :ohwell: I just had finely ground up peanuts when I was done blending everything.

I enjoy Godiva's 72% Dark Chocolate with Almonds and Foley's Dark Chocolate Chips.

I used to bring my own pop and candy and share a large popcorn with my mom. :embarassed: Haven't been to the movies in forever though. Now I would probably bring grapes, carrots, cocoa roasted almonds, or air popped popcorn.

I prefer full fat versions of food rather than low fat versions, the full fat versions of food tend to keep me fuller longer and give me more energy. I'd rather have less of something I really like vs more of something I don't care for as much.

No, I eat whatever I want in moderation. Every once in a while I might grab a treat with my family and end up around maintenance calories or just slightly over. Not an entire day of eating whatever, whenever.

A family member of mine said it's better to eat 5 smaller meals a day rather than 3 big ones because "your body takes what it needs in the moment then gets rid of the rest of it." :noway:

Foods that keep me feeling full for a longer period of time are things like full fat cheese, peanut butter, roasted almonds, cashews, pistachios, deli meats, etc. I usually pair these with fruit or some veg.
