That's awesome I can only do about 3 of the regular push ups and then have to go back to the girley one's great job!!!

level 1 completed today, I made it through my arm raises a lot better today. But I was exhausted through the whole workout. Feeling a little weak today. But I just ordered some vitamins in the mail so hopefully they'll help me with my energy level.

Day 5 level 1 completed added in level 2 after again. Almost killed me but I'm glad I pushed myself. So I can be ready for the full on change on Dec 6th

I started the shred 7 days ago and had done it 5 days straight then read that i have to give my muscles 48 rest before doing it again to get real results but you look amazing!!! I guess I'll go back to doing it everyday. Quick question though? are you able to do the push ups? I cant and I don't know if that's a reason for…

I wish I had read this post before I so bravely hopped on the scale to see that I had gained 3.7 lbs but I am pretty swollen today from all the salt so hopefully it will come back down by Tuesday. My Dad's coming down tonight so we'll be doing Thanksgiving all over again today. I'm just going to watch my portions.

I'm doing the 30 day shred today is day 6 for me and I'll take tomorrow (thanksgiving off) and start back up again. I didn't realize that you needed to take time off to let your muscles recover. I'm still on level 1 though. Good Luck

Yeah I hate running, I just started Zumba and I love it. I'm also doing the 30day shred which is killing me but it's only 20min a day. My Wedding is Jan 21 so i only have 59 days to lose 15lbs I'm hoping this website will help me from cheating and the support will help me to stay motivated to reach my goals. Good luck…
