I have two kids both delivered by c-section ages 3 and 2. I just started doing weights and P90X Ad Ripper X and have gone down 5 1/2 in just a month. It's not flat but on it's way!! We will do this good luck!! :-)

That is awesome!!! I just started running I did my first 5k two weeks ago my time was 39:09. I hope to run without a break one day soon. Thanks for the inspiration!!!

Only thing I see is Sodium!! On some days it was way over that could be water weight I also agree with the others. Change up and eat more one day and less the next. I needed to eat more and when I started that my weight changed for the better. Hope something helps! :-)

I am not sure how you should give him the news. I would make sure I am on schedule at the next workplace before giving notice, but I would also have a letter of resignation. I honeymooned in Jamaica it is a very beautiful place but stay within the resort. I would run early AM along the beach it is the same but your safe. That is what matters!!! Congradulations!!!!!
