I usually do, or at least make a fair effort to. I get horrible cramps, which puts me off of going to the gym, even though I've heard that exercise helps to relieve the pain. The cramps are really the only reason I hesitate to go. I'm not worried about leaks and all that.

I do log my cheat days. I usually don't plan cheat days in advance though, I sort of just slip up. But I'm thinking I should give myself at least one day every now and then.
