  • If you like sweet tea try using half the sugar you normally would and use lemon or oranges. It will still be sweet just a little different. Also make sure you drink plenty of water because tea naturally dehydrates you.
  • Im with you guys. Im having trouble getting back on track. I lost 120lbs in 3 years. I have 50 to go. It was easy before. Now Im stuck in the funk. Glad to see its not just me. Good luck everyone.

  • I have lost 115 and I still have trouble fighting the cravings. I give in a little bit but not so much that I feel crapy. Self control! As far as being hungry try to eat more foods with fiber or take a fiber suplement. It helps you stay full.
  • I used to be a diet coke addict. I kept getting really sick and so I went to the doc. Turns out "diet" drinks are terrible!!! They can increase your cravings for sugar as well as damage your stomach and colon. Now that I have cut back to 1 a week I feel much better and the weight loss is quicker. My advice is this-if you…

  • Awesome Job! I just started using myfitnesspal and I love it. I am so glad to see the success stories like yours. In the past 3 years I have dropped 106 lbs and I have about 45 to go. You have just motivated me to keep up the hard work!
