  • No makeup FTW! ;) I've been makeup-free for about a year now (except for maybe eyeliner once in a blue moon). I love not having to deal with putting it on every morning, and I always thought it felt really gross on my skin.
  • Also, I didn't hear anything about fasting... I didn't read "only consume water" I read "only drink water" - as opposed to drinking some of the other options I listed above.
  • Good grief. I interpreted it as "hey guys, make a conscious effort to drink only water today (instead of beer, soda, fruit 'juice', Starbucks, whatever might be the norm)."   • Look up Matt & Kim. I put them on 'shuffle' and I'm pretty much set for my cardio! The tempo is really good for walking briskly/running. As a whole their sound is very upbeat, lively, and fun. I love listening to them in the morning when I'm dragging along - they're just perfect for keeping me going! =)
