I have always sort of disliked the sogginess of milk+cereal combo. I've started taking my cereal with curd. And in there, the curd comes first and the cereal is added on. Then strawberries and kiwis. I love it.

Target a particular body part and lift. Try to lift heavy. Lifting tones up the muscles drastically, something that cardio does not. Lift at the max 3 days a week.
