I'm on day 4 of level 1. It killed my knees at first but now I feel way better. The push ups and side lunges are still tough for me. I am trying to perfect those and then hit level 2.

I exercise 5 days a week avg. It's not a 'can I go to gym today/do I have time?'. Rather it's 'I have to go, anyhow. Even if I have half an hour at hand'
