That was me as well! I was doing so well, then decided I should lower my calories and bam! Binged like crazy and totally went off the wagon. Trying to get motivated to stick to it again! Especially as I'm in a 3 day training right now where they provide all the food...

Exactly! Keep in mind that people who are looking at you are impressed that you are out there doing it! Seeing people jogging/walking motivates me! So just think, you might be motivating someone to get fit! Keep it up! :)

Made goal again today! Thought for sure the holiday was going to mess with me but I did it! Steps today: 23,119 Now to go back to work this week after being off on Spring Break. I hope to keep it up! :)

My goal is to be 145 by my 10th wedding anniversary which is this June. 15 or so more pounds to go! (on camping trip right now so not sure my weight, lol!) I will be 50 pounds lighter than the day I got married!
