I'm 5'0. I'm having a time getting this scale to move. I've been back on track this week. This year my goal is to get to goal and STAY there. I sure need the support. I just bought a Fit Bit. I really like it. Kinda of challenging myself to move more. I'm really having fun with it.

I just got a fit bit. I love it! It's kinda fun to see how I'm doing. I think the calorie burn a bit high. Also, I don't like how MFP and Fitbit increases calories way beyond what my body needs after I exercise. I try to stay 1200-1300 regardless if I exercise or not.

I would focus more on whole foods. It truly is calories in, calories out. Your body will function and release weight better with the whole foods. Such as protein, whole grains, fruits and veggies, good healthy fats. I tend to hold onto weight if I'm eating sugar or processed foods. Now my focus is on whole foods. Foods are…

I'm interested in that 21 day vegan fast. Where can I find that. I do vegan on and off. I don't like eating much meat. The only meat I like now is fish. Mostly salmon. Vegan isn't easy. I do feel better on it and do lose weight.
