I know what you're saying about the professional dieting... Keep the motivation and keep it going!!! You are not alone! Like the other ladies said, changing up your workouts, seeing a trainer or nutritionist if needed... don't give up!!

Yes, I started out going to live classes, but now I do Zumba almost every day, solely on the Wii...I LOVE it!!! Such a great burn and workout.... really phenomenal.

I gained two pounds today too, but a co-worker gave me an amazing compliment, asking how much weight I had lost!! So...weight fluctuates...my pants fit better- that's my meter! keep up the good work!!

I believe that Zumba is copyrighted so you can't enter it as a workout, unless you add it in the database as your own workout...some people post "dancing, ballroom, fast" or yes, "high intensity aerobics!"

hummus is yummus! Think of a creamy veggie dip texture... I really, really love it... Try Sabra brand or Tribe, and go for the full garlic flavor...amazing!! So low-cal and super delicious and filling!!

I would love to be a part of this challenge, it will be my first as well! After seeing a picture of me in my favorite suit last summer, that's actually when I joined MFP- lost some weight, but kind of fell off the wagon during the holidays. I'm back and super motivated this time!!!

A fantastic and eye-opening film. I have yet to buy ANY ground beef that is not organic since last November. We eat much less meat now, (cheaper and healthier) and my husband and I feel great!!

You're not alone! I once heard a stat that said that only a very small percentage of the human population has a body designed to run! So, it's ok if you're not one of them! I.E. I really rarely jog, I love Zumba, swimming, biking, power walking...But my husband cannot get enough of running...it makes him feel amazing...…
