@moarrein @sunderland_mich93 @commit1440 - we did get all your applications! Please be patient for a few more days until the team roster has been created. @Kisame29 will get back to you as soon as possible with the friend requests and messages. Real life usually has a way of interfering when it is most inconvenient ;)

Yeah! Looking forward to the next term :D

The challenge started today, but you can still snatch a place with the Lannisters, Tyrells or Starks, or the Wildlings. Just follow the link in the first post!
-
Great to have you back! :)

Some open slots left in each house, but especially the Targaryens still need some more members to catch up with the other houses! Any fans of Danaerys and her dragons out there?

:D B)

It is any kind of exercise, no running required! B)
-
There are still free slots in each house! :)
-
I am looking forward to this, I loved the challenge last winter!
-
Yes! I can't wait for it to start again. I need to make up for all the holiday food ;)
-
I am in again, too! This was such a fun challenge, I am glad it is back!
-
Only one week left :D
-
Only 2 days more B)

Slots are filling up! If you want to join, best do it now, so that you can get a place in your favorite house. :)

That is no problem, you can split it the way you think fits best! E.g. 50% strength, 45% cardio and 5% flex.
-
Minute Sharing: e.g. the goal is 100 cardio minutes. You only have 70, but another team member got 150, the he can give you 30 minutes and both of you meet the goal and get a point. There is no upper limit to sharing, but you may only share with one person. If you do not reach the goal, you don't get the point and you team…

I am giving up pastries and ice cream for the week!

It was a great challenge, I am just sorry that I did not engage as much as I wanted to with the group. There was always something coming up, and time got short. But I always enjoyed reading all your comments, they motivated me to keep up with everything! So if there is going to be an unofficial race, I am in! <3 And I will…

Exactly! Thank you for putting together such a great challenge! :flowerforyou:

CHALLENGE #3 I had this week: cucumber, zucchini, lettuce, and green pepper
-
CHALLENGE #2 I chose the Fitnessblender video from week 6 (Be able to push your sled) I did it because liked it very much the first time, because all the exercises are clearly explained, and in week 6 I noticed that I did some of them with rather bad form before. So I wanted to repeat it to get better used to the proper…

CHALLENGE #1 I did the Sydney Bridge Climb from week 3. I picked this one because I had a rather busy schedule this week, and climbing stairs can be fit into the day without any problems. And I can always use some extra motivation to skip the elevator and take the stairs instead.

I'll update my numbers this evening when I get home! Only a few hours and then it's weekend :)
-
Wohoot! We were 4th last week, that's great! So, this post is mainly to let you know I am still here and doing my minutes and challenges! I am just rather busy with the beginning of the summer term, so I am behind with posting my minutes on the spreadsheet. But I won't forget!

CHALLENGE 3 I made stir-fry with turkey breast and chinese vegetables (from the freezer) yesterday. I added escallions and ginger to it. I often use escallions, they are milder than onions, and I like the green. The ginger worked okay, too, although next time I'll take a bit more of it, it was overpowered by the soy sauce.…

CHALLENGE 3 I gave up sweets and fast food for 5 days! And I saw the difference on the scales this morning.
