How long did it take you to lose the weight?

Any type of chips, but especially salt n vinegar, I will sit there and eat the entire bag but the worst is down near the bottom I am full and don't even enjoy it any more. I just can't stop shoving it in my face.

Yep, if you eat badly then your skin, nails and hair looks that way, I know when I eat chocolate or a bag of chipsi break out the next day. Grade 7 health class filled me in on that little pearl of knowledge.

Your not nuts! I can't work out in front of people either, I figure when I am down to the healthy weight range I willstart going to the gym. But for now I just do my DVDs in my room at night. I've only even told my mom that I'm trying to lose weight, no one else.

I did day 5, level 1 today. I love how excited I am each day to do the video! I am so excited to get through to day 10! Though I must say I am not enjoying the bicyle crunches, I can't seem to get the coordination down so its just a solid minutes of me on the floor flopping like a fish.

I found prepackaging helped me. When ever I buy something I then split it up into baggies or containers with the proper portion size, that way if I am in a rush I don't have to worry about couting out a portion later. Does anyone else's calves kill them after doing 30DS? I think it's the jump rope that is really doing me in, I'm hoping it goes away soon!

If you can I would tack your goal weight or a reason why you are doing this onto your fridge or cupboard, where ever you head first to look for a snack. Or perhaps a terrible photo that you find makes you look really overweight, I find that helps me. Suddenly looking at my rolls I don't want to snack on anything anymore

I find it's always my calves that bother me!

I've heard it helps more with toning then with weight loss, but it certainly can't harm weight loss!
