When I bought my new sneakers, I got a whole bunch of free samples with it. I got a "liquid to powder anti-chaff" sample. I haven't tried it, but I'm sure you can get it at a sporting goods store around you. Also, what about trying those Under Armour boxers? They're tight so that might help too?

I truly don't measure myself, because I'm not one to care about the numbers. I can see the difference in my body as it's changing. If you start exercising, you may not even end up losing the weight. I've lost about 7.5 pounds and was really frustrated because I couldn't lose more, but my clothes are loose on me now and my body is toning up very nicely. I don't care about the scale any more.

I'm doing it this year in Pennsylvania. I am focusing on distance running and lifting weights. I feel like the obstacles won't be as much of a challenge. Feel free to add me on here if you'd like and we can help motivate eachother!

I LOVE Target. I got some very pretty (and cute!) work clothes from there and my boss (who is so snooty, she'd "never" shop at Target) actually commented on them and said how nice they were. Target seems to be hit or miss, but they always have nice dress pants and dresses there.

I walk at 3.7mph and run at 7mph. I used to be a runner and lost it in college when I got lazy and had no time to work out so I'm not only getting my resistance back to running distance, but trying to get my speed back. I wouldn't suggest running at 7mph if you weren't previously a runner.

I prelog when I first get to the gym so I can have my work out planned out. If for some reason I don't do one part of the work out, I delete it off my post. I do not leave it in my diary. 1) My dog snuggled into me in bed instead of hopping right on top of me. 2) I woke up totally motivated to do anything and everything. 3) It will be 50 degrees and sunny here tomorrow, which means long puppy walks! 4) My boyfriend is finally home from his trip. :)

Can you try a stationary bike? Or even leg machines at the gym? Walking will probably hurt for a bit so wait on that until you're feeling better. I know how the broken collar bone feels, it's awful. I hope you feel better real soon. :)

I wish I could figure it out too. I had an app on my phone that "calculated" it, and one run said it was like 29 miles long which was impossible haha. If anyone has a good answer, help us!

Be happy you're not sore! As long as you're seeing those results, be happy with what you're doing! The first week I started lifting, my arms were so sore I could barely lift a hair dryer, and I'm a hair stylist so that work week sucked!

I was told to take your weigh, divide it in half and the number you get is how many ounces you should drink. (ex, weighing 100 pounds = 50 ounces of water) I'd like the real answer to this!
