I will always stay loyal to real books. There is a feel and smell to them that ebooks cannot replace. It is relaxing to snuggle in with a book and enjoy a good read.

It was a glorious moon. I wish I could have performed a ritual like you did but wasn't working out for me.

I started the P90X today. It wasn't easy by any means but it is also very forgiving about what you can handle. He lets you pick your pace and wasn't at all pushy about the timing. I am sure you can participate in P90X. I was dying don't get me wrong but I know I will make great strides if I just stick with it.

I will hit the treadmill and power through an incline when I am frustrated or stressed. I say go for it and burn off some of that anger

I have a Pepsi every once in a while. I used to drink 4-5 a day but now I can go days or even weeks without one. I don't deny myself one either though. If I do that, I know I will not stick with my plan. I do count it in my calories and it takes away from eating something else more filling but I recognize my cravings. :)
