Soda is hard to give up! I would just start cutting back on it. Wean yourself off. Either cut down the number of cans or buy those itty bitty ones and then keep progressively cutting back. I used to be addicted to soda and now I hardly ever drink it. (I do drink black coffee though :P) Good luck. And good choice staying…

Zigzag your calories to keep your body guessing. So one day do 1200, the next day 1500, etc. If you eat almost the same amount every single day your body gets used to it. I can't exercise for 1-2 days of TOM. It's too heavy and I have CRAZY cramps sometimes that make me barely even able to stand up. On all the other days though, I bike or walk. It seems to make it better and I have noticed that it usually gets over a day or two earlier if I do some exercise during it.

This is so embarrassing but a couple people asked if I was prego... It made me cry. Then I bought a scale and almost passed out when I saw the numbers. I am glad I got a wake up call though. I am so much happier and healthier now :D ♥

More protein and fiber :) And I feel like I'm starving if I waste any on soda, sugary coffee, etc. I have to eat them all so I stick to black coffee, water, and unsweetened iced tea. I used to have soda on a daily basis and that was a hard habit to break but now I RARELY even crave it :)

I eat Uncle Sam's and Kashi Go Lean. Uncle Sam's is really good for you and low sugar! Full of fiber and healthy fats. You should try some!

Mine has been slow going but I love it because I have COMPLETELY changed my lifestyle so it's much easier now. I have lost 52.4lbs over the past (almost) 2 years. Starting weight: 208.8 Current weight: 156.4 Goal weight: 135-140? (I really have no idea! I have to see how I look.)
