My bf is like two inches shorter than me and he only weighs about 135lbs. I feel huge compared to him. (166 lbs) I want to be around 140. I don't want to look too skinny. I don't see how he is that light though. He has a pretty muscular upperbody. Oh well *sigh*

You are really tall and definitely need more than 800 cals. Try netting at least 1200 and see if that helps :)

They could have gained muscle which makes them look smaller. Also remember that fifteen pounds off a person that is 5 foot looks a lot more dramatic than 15 pounds off a person who is 5'8" such as myself. But ya, I know what you mean. :/

I drink one a day usually. I have an unflavored one without creatine or anything in it. Just unflavored whey protein powder. Only 94 calories a scoop and has 18g's of protein. I know this isn't what you are looking for, but I am in the same boat as you. I'm not huge but I almost feel like I can't get skinny. I know it's possible. It will just be really crazy... How tall are you and what's your goal weight?

Omgosh yes. I have lost 42 lbs total and I still feel big, insecure and awkward. But I constantly look back at pictures or try on clothes that I used to wear that were tight and now are way too big. First try cutting out "white" carbs. No white sugar, white bread, or white rice. So that means no soda, etc. Buy whole wheat bagel thins or sandwich thins. Eat oatmeal instead of sugary cereal. Go into your settings and change your macros. Mine are 40% protein, 30% carbs 30% fat. It's a start at least. :) Good luck.

I will! I bought it but have to get a new DVD player so that will be perfect timing. And I will take off 1 day a week and do the extra cardio too :) How heavy of weights are you going to use? I am going to use 5LBS because I am kind of a weakling. Haha.

I'm 5'8" and my goal is somewhere between 140-145. I have a medium bone structure. I think I would look best at this weight. I guess we will have to see :) good luck girl.
