My major change has been spending more time in the produce section than the frozen ;) All of my previous favorites were in the frozen - waffles, frozen meals, ice cream, pies, etc. Now I spend most of my time (and money!) on the fresh veggies and fruit!

You're going to want to go for the steamed veggies! Stay away from all of the oily meats and the sugary sauces - sweet and sour, honey chicken, etc. Steamed rice is also a good option! If you can find lean beef or chicken that's good too :) Enjoy!!

It's a great workout! You will be sweating, and you probably will be sore - but honestly, if you just push that aside and keep going - while taking days off throughout the week - you will be fine! IT GETS EASIER, I PROMISE.

I always get "What's taking you so long?" from people who are overweight themselves. At least I'm trying! (and I think I'm losing at a decent rate...I started at about 192 in August '11. I'm 159.6 now)

Not so much fast food, but it cured my addiction to chocolate milk! Was at a diner with my dad, small home-run place. Food was great, full southern breakfast with chocolate milk. I keep mine very simple! I use garlic, onion powder, and sometimes a little lemon juice. Oh, and I prefer Cod :) Just season it up and grill! (Use tinfoil if you're using a grill, just throw it on with some cooking spray if you're using grilling spray.)

I can't believe i haven't seen a lot of hard boiled egg answers! I toss the yolk and chop up the white. + chili powder, mustard, vinegar, and sometimes a little corn!

Those Totinos kids pizzas. They were cheap and super delicous. I'd eat an entire one nearly every day :embarrassed: 660 for the entire pizza, and it's super thin so it did NOT fill me up. It does! I find if you just make the grilled cheese with no form of butter/spray it just burns and does not taste that good. Spray both slices with the pam and you get the butter flavor :)
