  • This is the only fish I eat. Normally, I bake it in tin foil with some butter flavored spray, garlic and salt. Lately though, I just bought a grilling pan (all the taste of grilling instead of having to be stuck outside!) and it's amaaazing. Garlic, salt, butter flavored spray...it gets slightly crispy on the outside and…
  • Okay, so at first I wasn't going to do this. Then I decided to try on my bathing suit from last year (I bought it and it was too small to snap the button on the shorts, so I didn't wear it) and now the bottoms are too big! I'm still really nervous posting it, but you ladies are so inspirational, I just had to :) Be nice XD…
  • I tried Walden Farms before I knew anything about it.. The chocolate syrup is okay in SMALL amounts - but that peanut spread crap? It's just nasty. It's bitter, and thick, and oily tasting. My dog even refuses to eat it ^.^ Tried their alfredo sauce too...bitter, and extremely salty tasting...tried mixing in a small amount…
  • Bumping to do this! You women are AWESOME<3
  • It does add some extra calories - but very few. (way less than peanut butter and other items XD) I can't tell you exactly how many because I've never measured a package out in tablespoons, but 1/4 of a package of mix is 25 calories - and I don't use a fourth XD
  • I use old fashioned. I'm not a huge oatmeal fan normally - but I AM a sweets fan. So I've been using oatmeal to get my sweet fixes ;) Basically oatmeal + water + pinch of salt + splenda/honey/sugar whatever + sugar/fat free pudding mix + vanilla to taste I mix in about two tablespoons, give or take (go by taste of the mix)…
  • Cake/pie D: It's just SO GOOD
  • -Skim Milk -variety of fresh fruits (currently honeydew melon, strawberries, grapes, mango, cuties, and banana) -variety of fresh veggies (currently broccoli, spinach, cabbage, green beans, cauliflower, and carrots.) -Fatfree cheese - Fatfree whip cream YUM.
  • I can't have any camera skills AT ALL when there is a cheesecake in front of me. Took enough patience to take a picture at all before devouring my slice ;)
  • Not as pretty as OP, but I'm happy with it ~ it tastes yummy and it's my first homemade cheesecake :D
  • So excited, this is in my oven right now. I can't wait to take a picture tonight! :D Toppings: Thinking fat free whip cream and chocolate syrup? NOWAIT. cut up strawberries with splenda mmmm
  • If it were me, I'd skip the chips they put on the table that you end up eating the whole basket of (and then being a bit too full for when your food arrives) XP Also, a lot of mexican food seems to come covered with salsa & cheese unless you specifically ask them not to. Skip the extra cheese, go plain - or with salsa.
  • Recipes for sweets are the worst for me - especially because I usually eat the batter :embarassed: I like to buy single serving sweets - they're easy! My favorites are currently: -90 cal flavored bread/dessert slices. Lemon or blueberry. (My bakery has these. Look for sugar free desserts in yours?) -90 cal weight watchers…
  • - Flavored tea! (Sometimes I top with fat free whip cream and drizzle a little syrup on~ kills the cravings!) - Sugarfree jello (also awesome with whip cream) - Sugarfree gum - Dark chocolate and/or Weight Watchers chocolate - Diet hot chocolate (25 cals a serving) - Weight Watchers 90 cal oatmeal raisin cookie If I really…
  • Zucchini! I like to try new veggies and fruits throughout the month :) I've been cooking it shredded like pasta, then throwing in a swiss laughing cow cheese wedge - it tastes like alfredo pasta!
  • I love to stuff it with tuna or crab salad! Mmm
  • Bump! amazing thread :D
  • I love sweet potato, brown rice, and you can buy instant mashed potatoes that are 80 cal a serving (2/3 cup serving.) I don't eat the mashed potatoes a LOT, but they're good on occasion Butter, homestyle, garlic, and loaded mashed potato flavors I believe.
  • I like having several small snacks throughout the day Soda pop cupcake (65 cals) 2oz smoked turkey (55 cals) Pb&j toast (basically pb&j with one slice of bread - 90 cals) Clementine Cinnamon toast (45 cals)
  • Fresh veggies and fruit, 100 cal packs for when everyone else is having their chips, low cal/sugar cereals, yogurt, etc :)
  • I used to log everything first thing in the morning, as I felt it was safer with my plan and I wouldn't add in extra things. Now, I go make my plate then log. (Although I'll mentally add up the calories of the meal in my head before I fix the plate.) After doing it for so long, I trust myself more :) I enjoy it this way…
  • Regular tastes the same! Just adds a few extra calories :)
  • Frozen fish and chicken can be cooked in toaster ovens :) just season, wrap in tinfoil, and cook. Also, tuna fish!
  • I want to lose weight so I feel happy when I'm clothes shopping, and not about to pull out my hair and cry......and then go straight to the Chocolate Factory next door. And also? I want to lose weight to say **** you to all those condescending smiles I got when I said I was going on a diet. Those are what made me work…
  • Make a veggie soup! Puree a tomato, and throw in whichever herbs you like :) Add your choice of veggies! I'd probably choose corn, potatoes, carrots, celery, and green beans. Yum :)
  • Chicken seasoned with garlic, onion powder and a little sweet and sour. Sweet potatoes. Green beans. Homemade banana icecream
  • I love WoW. A reward system for the game works perfect. I can only play during the week after the gym ;)
  • I love vanilla caramel! It's perfect for when I'm craving sweets.
  • I'm not a fan of raw veggies, so mine is pretty simple. Turkey & ham 6" on wheat bread. American cheese. Toasted. Add spinach, mustard, and vinegar :)
