Checking in- Did all the workouts last week for the recovery week except the Kenpo one as I had a very busy day :( Sassy- I think you should move to Phase III, and if you still feel that you need some more, you can do another round- maybe a shorter one if you dont feel like doing the full 90 days. Just my two cents!

Hi team, just checking in to say that I am still bringing it. Actually, I tried my old pair of pants yesterday and I am fittign right in. Finished Chest, Shoulders and Triceps. We are halfway through guys or almost :) BRING IT people, we have to make it to 100%!!! Hang in there and keep on posting so I can get motivated when I am acting lazy and want to just sit on my butt!!!

All, checking in :) Did Chest Shoulders thing yeterday and just finished Plyo. Today was the first time when I loved doing Plyo, burned around 800 cals :) Wendy- good job, the abs are looking good. So, keep it up!

Hey all, I was intially one day ahead of everyone, but i missed a workout on Tuesday and did that on Wednesday. So, now I am on the same timelines as everyone. Keep it up guys. I am looking forward to doing Shoulders and Arms today :) Sassy, that is great, i hope to get compliments like that by the end of the 90 days.

Ro- I dont know much about iphone HRM. But, I use polar Ft7, i had also read couple of reviews before buying and many people recommend either polar ft4 or ft7. I like it as it keeps me accountable during exercise and tells me if I am in my fat burn zone or under it! Hope that will help! -P

Did Yoga yesterday, I thought it wont kick my butt but it surely did, burend around 450 according to my heart rate monitor. My question for everyone is how to do you avoid carbs- I tried to put a lot of protein inot my diet today which I did got today, but my Carbs amount was not too low either. Any ideas will be appreciated!

Just completed Shoulders and Arms with Ab Ripper X- love that workout. For GoLeanWendy- I think the Recovery drink is great from Beachbody, I have personally never tried it.
