I have a super hard time losing weight but I'm in! Gives me a goal. Something to deffinetly something to work twards. :D ( Plus my brothers a ranger and he is visiting for 2 weeks so he can kick my butt into shape! )

Well, Its hard doing it by yourself. So if you have people that are willing to kick your butt in gear! Figure it would be worth it. :tongue:

You shouldn't be going off the scale anyways, it is discuraging for a lot of people, start just measuring and if you feel you MUST weigh yourself just do it once or twice a month. I usually make sure I have a couple Cals that I havn't used up in the day I save about 80-100 for after my workout so I can have a snack afterwords so I don't have to worry about going over. I usually have about 2 cups of mixed veggies ( Brocclie, coliflower, and carrots mixed) With 3 tbl of Zesty Italian dressing low fat.…
