Hi all, First week almost over, including a long weekend off with semi-okayish weather. Goal 2, check. Goal 3: work in progress (applying goal 1 here and be gentle on myself. There was a lot of walking, some cycling, and furniture building involved to make up for activity.) Goal 4: semi-check. I had chocolate on only 2…

I'll be doing my best to hitch a ride with you guys! Seriously, you all held me in there last month. I think I wouldn't be returning to more active posting without @weatherking2019 and @cayenne_007 , and your two's, posting here and there. :)

Thanks for the reminder! I enjoyed the blogilates workouts some time back but then stopped following. Good one! Used the first videos last night for warm up. I'll definitely have to do something for those abs. A 3(!?!?!) minute session was almost impossible to complete. Yikes! Wake up call!

Mantra: I’m not a potato. Goal #1: Loose what I regained since February. (This will take longer than just a month. Better to get started on it.) Goal #2: Log more regularly including weekends. Goal #3: Go running at least twice a week. Plus, train for pole at least twice a week. Goal #4: Eat less sweet stuff (Chocolate not…

@weatherking2019 As you suggested, this should help with staying connected. @SummerSkier For me it was not only April, lol.... My strategy this month is to build on what I have left of my good habits and enforce them a little, and for the rest mentally ease into it all again and not pull back because of just drifting along…

Hahahaha, I'm already thinking of a title for that one. ;)

This is truly brilliant! I can only imagine how rewarding it must be to see the progress like this :) Well done!

Hello everyone, Sorry that I dropped out for so long and missed almost an entire month of tracking here. I kept snooping around briefly but not too much. No idea why I got into this rut, while all you managed to keep it together somehow and continued STRONG! Serious kudos to you for this. It’s no small feat. As for me,…

Yup, I do have one. It's been packed up since moving houses last year. I'm already thinking about where to put it. In the attic is no option as with the sloped ceiling etc. there is not enough space for moving. It's a good area, though for doing non-pole exercises, like yoga, pilates, etc. where it's easier to direct where…

Just. that. :) @I4a_p I hope you're getting better quickly!

@weatherking2019 , Thanks so much for posting those sources. It's a good reminder to snap the mind back in place! I've been running regularly the last two weeks, but I do miss my pole classes and feel like I should be doing some home-training for this before I lose too much muscle and mobility. Trying to find that switch…

I'm having issues with the stress eating as well. Last week I also didn't work out, to put on top of it, with classes being cancelled and the whole situation growing ever more serious with one country after the other adjusting their strategies and decisions. This week, it's a bit better. Been running with my boyfriend…

Hi all, @cayenne_007 : CONGRATULATIONS! I love those smiles on your faces. Just brilliant! @l4a_p and @Antiopelle , I feel you! Life is strange like this. And it's not getting any easier. My man and I were planning to visit my family in Germany. Pretty much on lockdown. Besides, my mum's health is quite fragile, I would…

@weatherking2019 That sounds indeed like there are plenty of things waiting to be celebrated! Makes sense to spread it out a little. Curious how this will develop! Enjoy the ride in the meantime :)

I feel you! It was raining quite a bit here as well in the southern parts of NL, but at least we had some dry patches. In return, at least I keep telling myself this, the groundwater stores are filling up again. I didn't look for Belgium yet, but for plenty of areas in NL and Germany the levels are finally starting to get…

February checkin: 1: Fail for now. Saw a 74.0 this morning. TOM + salty food (a lot) yesterday +some general weight gain in February. Wake up call! 2: work in progress. 3: work in progress. 4: started with the first exercises in the office. 5: first 21 km trail run due in two weeks. will surely contain some walking after…

Hey all, Sorry for having been a little absent the last few days/weeks. After the holidays beginning of Feb I was quite confident I had regained my footing with the weight loss mind set. Little did I know that it would take only a storm-filled weekend and hiding indoors to let it all crumble again. And it was only the…
