one more thing! you eat twice a day. hmm! Is it called under fooding? remember our bodies burn energy even, we are doing nothing. correct me if I'm wrong just sitting and breathing costs 40 to 80 per hour.

well, 4 bottles a day. IMO everyone would say more is better. One thing is superb. you have been stopped with soda, this is amazing. very well done I did this too when I was 25. worked like a charm.

thnx kamal With strength exercises, I usually take 2700-3200 per day in 6 meals. Do you think, cutting 1000-1500 per day would not crash me down?

coca/chocolate has a strange relationship with building body mass. sorry for being funny but chocolate is made to be eaten. one dark pure bar of 250 gram before I hit the bed. yummy.

Thats true, It is a tough goal, specially with my lower back injury my plan is, increasing carbohydrates and fiber in food, more cardio than strength exercise.(honestly! it is very dificult for me to get off the strength exercises after doing 30 to 45 min cardio, I just can't stop :-) ) Thanks Hanselman
