I think its potassium you need. I used to get the leg cramps a lot when I was pregnant and started eating bananas which helped. I couldn't go a day without a banana. But bananas are pretty high sugar when you're trying to lose weight so look into different foods high in potassium.

You may be growing a bunion! I had the same problem about 4 years ago. My doctor recommended orthotics which I got and they help. I also got yoga sandals. Weigh in today - 158.7 - a little gain I think, but I had woken up in the night starving and I mindlessly ate a banana. You could increase your calories with high fat healthy foods like almonds, olive oil and avocado. Search other posts as well because I've seen this question before and there were many other ideas given.

Dorothy you could check out the website about the recipe book THE SNEAKY CHEF. It's about sneaking veggies into other foods so you family doesn't know. You do need the nutrients that veggies provide. I've seen an extra challenge issued that for every team member that personally does 1000 crunches by Sunday night, we get an extra 10 points. I'm up for that challenge! I only did 100 yesterday so the next 5 days I'll do 180. Come on team lets get some extra points! And stronger at the same time!

Green tea, B100 pill, spicy like red pepper flakes. Lots of water. That seems to be working for me! I also take Salmon oil pill, and calcium/magnesium and D. Those are more for a mood boost but they all work hand in hand I think.
