My very favourite is pizza. It's around 350 a slice , and I could easily eat 2 slices plus 3-5 garlic fingers with sauce and a diet coke with it. So that's what 1200 calories?

I'm a 23 year old single mom to a 2 1/2 year old, I'm 5'3" In the past I lost over 30 lbs with myfitnesspal, and after having my son dropped 40 lbs of baby weight in 4 months with mfp help. Now I'm back with 10-15 to lose. Feel free to add me with a message!

I didn't, but my skin feels a lot more stretched out from general weight gain now then it did post pregnancy. I've never been overweight before until now, everyone else in my family is obese.

When I was 19, 5'2 and 115lbs I had to up my calories to 1400 to LoSE the last 5 lbs, PlUS eat back my exercise calories. So unless you're under 4ft definitely not.

How could I have forgotten COFFEE. Although,I am hoping to kick the addiction,or at least curb it! I should start adding more nuts/seeds and avocado into my diet too :)

I buy cheese and eggs when on sale periodically and freeze so I always have them on hand,and have lots of jars of natural peanut butter in my stock pile. I should definetly add some frozen broccoli to my contingent though!

When I do any strenous workouts ( been trying to get back into the 30 day shred) I have to pee before I start,stop to pee at least and pee right after- I usually pee myself a wee bit during the jumping jacks. Even if my bladder seems empty. Im a 23 year old mom with zero kegal control :(

Your body needs a certain amount of calories in to keep your metabolism working. If youre burn burn burning and starving yourself it will screw your body up and not be conductive to healthy weight loss.

Mexican chicken. Ill cook up 3-4 at a time,just pour some salsa on top during cooking,and then add a bit of shredded cheese the last 10 minutes of cooking. Or throw the breasts in the slow cooker with some spices or bbq sauce for pulled chicken- great on a bun,in a wrap or on a salad.

Rice cakes, not necessarily "healthy" but not unhealthy. Great with peanut butter,hummus,cheese,salsa, etc. Fruit! Apples,kiwis,clementines, grapes,etc

You must be tiny to stick to 1200 or less. Even at 5'3 when I got down to 110 lbs I had to eat 1500 to maintain. Now I'm 145 and have to eat 1600 or under to lose. Good luck!

I second the eating more. I am ebf an almost 3 month old,and I am fairly small sized 5'3",131 pounds,with 12 more to lose and I am losing weight eating 1800-1900 after breastfeeding allowance. My MIL gave me this yummy baked fish recipe for white fish. In a measuring cup whisk together a little milk and flour,add spices to taste ( garlic powder,pepper,hout sauce etc) Shred cheese and add to mixture. I freeze my bananas as soon as they start to turn,then when I used them I just defrosted them in the microwave for 1 minute before mashing them into the mix.
