Homemade hot cocoa. 1/2 skim milk, 1 1/2 teaspoons cocoa power,1 splenda packet ,top up cup with water. Microwave for 3 minutes stirring in between. Comes to 58 cals,throw a few marshmallows on top for a 100 calorie treat. Takes long enough to make and drink you will forget about your other cravings.

Could be a uti, yeast infection. Actually I have heard of this being a common problem in males as they enter puberty,perhaps it happens to girls too.

mine is learningtolove because I have dealt ith self esteem issues and depression my whole life. Mfp is part of me taking control of myself in a responsible way and "learningtolove" myself through all my ups and downs.

make your salads "fun" I add just about every veggie in the fridge,from broccoli to snap peas. Add things like leftover chicken or steak or top with tuna or an egg. either suck it up and workout anyways -at a lesser intensity. OR just relax ,keep the cals in check drink lots of fluid and vitamin c and get better fast so you can get back at it.

Another interesting tidbit. I am 5' 3" and 116 ish pounds ( and going down) and have never been more then 140 and my mother is 5'6'' ish and is morbidly obese,and has been overweight her entire life. So you can't always accredit your upbringing as to whether you are thick or thin.

Could be your muscles are retaining water from the gym,or could be water retention from high sodium. Could your time of month be coming? That can make you bloat too. I lost a baby in September,and I am still strugging to lose the weight I gained during my pregnancy. Give yourself as much time to heal as you need.It will take time,but it gets a little easier to bear everyday.
