Does your gym do an inductions to the weights room? Start light, you'll soon be lifting heavy :) But worth getting good form before the weights get too heavy.

My young nephew told me I had big boobs. It was one of the things that prompted me to get fit again.

Nothing. But eat a lot less of a lot of things. Especially Trans fat’s. I didn’t realise until recently just how bad for you these seem to be.

Food is basically made up of three elements. Protein, Carbs and fats. Muscle is made of protein. If you’re trying to add muscle then you need to consume a reasonable level of protein to give your muscle the fuel to grow (and of course lift some weights!). Doesn’t have to be a huge amount of protein and small changes in…

Dairy does it for me. I notice it when I increase my milk and whey intake. Milk is the worst. Whey I start to notice it if I take more than about 100g/day for more than a few days. Try a body wash with benzoyl peroxide in it. It keeps it under control for me.

Mines are pretty simple. 40g whey protein (about a scoop), about 250ml water and some flavour drops. (MYprotien Liquid flavour. Either Strawberry, raspberry, toffee or chocolate) Shake well and drink.

First thing even Thursday morning to record my weight. In reality it's more often so I can understand how my weight fluctuates. But the one I keep a track of is the regular one once a week.

Most supplements are overpriced and overrated. The only ‘Supplements’ I use are Protein and Omega 3. More than possible to get enough of both through diet alone but supplementing these make life just a bit easier. Protein powered are an easy way to increase protein intake without any extra carbs or fats.

Well done, excellent progress.

Nowadays I only do one early morning workout a week. (6.30am spin class). I take about 20g of protein and a cup of tea about 30 mins before. I personally don’t have the energy to do fasted training. But a lot is down to personal preference. Just don’t starve yourself for too long after a workout.

Fantastic work, well done.

If you can get the required volume of protein through food alone I would say no. But protein powers/shakes are a great way of increasing your protein intake without significantly increasing your calorie intake. From a time point of view preparing and consuming a protein shake only takes minutes. From a cost perspective…

I bought these a couple of years ago (they were in white not black but that doesn’t make much difference!) Omron karda scan - They were half the current amazon price back then http://www.amazon.co.uk/Omron-BF508-Composition-Monitor-Bathroom/dp/B0033AGBVG/ref=sr_1_1?s=drugstore&ie=UTF8&qid=1361384864&sr=1-1 Bought them to…

Depends on the day!

75g protein per day for a female is not high. You would have to be eating a huge amount of protein every day to do any damage. As said above keep well hydrated and there won’t be a problem.

Sleep!

And one for me.....
