Taiyo - the goal for the challenge is to work out for 22 days for the month of August, so you just count from aug 1st till now. if you work out more than once thats just extra :) you don't count it as two days. It looks like you're doing awesome so far, but a little mixed up. Keep up the good work :)

maybe change/mix up some of the foods in your diet, and the times that you exercise, i know it's not much but it's worth a shot! and make sure you're getting in your water :)
