I lost 75 pounds only counting calories. I ate 1200 a day for 7 months. I just started exercising this last week or so because my weight loss had slowed down.

My downfall is depression. I'm an emotional eater, when I'm stressed or sad I just eat and eat and eat! For the last few months I have ignored it and when I am sad I just eat carrots and drink lots of water. Really it sounds strange seeing it typed out but, I took all of the foods that aren't so good for you and I ate them…

I found Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred on youtube yesterday, 2 days down 28 to go and I can barely move my legs now :D ! It's a good workout! I am also going to drink at least 12 glasses of water a day this week.
