Each week I will start a new thread with the date and on that thread we will do weigh in, results and new challenge. Or I could just make a thread that says Weigh , results , challenge and use the same thread week after week. What are everyone's thoughts on that?

Never be embarrased, it's just as important to post any weight gains as it the loses, it helps keep us accountable :smile: Check the foods that you are eating, sometimes I find high sodium makes things alittle more difficult. Next week will be better :flowerforyou:

WtG kirsten..keep up the great work !! I don't like cottage cheese by itself so when I have it for lunch, I add some yogurt and fresh fruit to it and oh my it's soooo good and the best part is it fills you up and gets rid of any sweet cravings !!!

8 glasses of water and I did my "wave" workout this morning. I also invested in a podometer today, just for curiosity to see how many steps I take in a day and how many more I could take to challenge myself.:smile: Have fun at the zoo. mmmm yummy, I made sweet potatoe fries for the first time last week and they were sooo good !!! I actually bought a big bag of presliced sweet potaotoes that you could either eat raw straight from the bag or bake them in the oven. the % is a more accurate way to determine the biggest weight loss since everyone starts at a different weight, losing 2lb means something different for everyone, so they use % as a fair weigh of measuring the weight loss based on your weight..does this make sense..lol I will also be able to tell you when you have lost 10%…
