I know exactly what you mean. Last week i did not run the whole week, my bowels did not move either. Even though i eat 50g fibre daily. This week im back on the road, so are my bowels. Yay

this. And i think education is key. Many people are oblivious to the dangers in the food we eat. The animals are injected with drugs to grow faster. And noone cares how that affects humans as long a they make a buck or two in the process.

Im really sorry about what you going through. It cant be easy. Yes, stress does affect weightloss and many other things. Continue doing what you doing, exercising and eating fairly clean. The weight WILL eventually come off.

You worried about a bad day, i had a bad week. I exceeded my calorie limit by 300 to 800 every single day in the past 7days. But hey, im not worried. So dont worry, pick yourself up and dust yourself and get ready to roll. We will win the battle of the bulge :-)

Im in the same boat. I rely on MFP and other online calculators. I dont eat back my calories. If i do, it wont be all of them. All is well so far.

Yes, i still eat carbs and i love them. Im a carb junkie. I still eat the white and sugary ones like white rice and sweets. Im losing just fine.
