your message is so bang on. and believe me - i want to have that talk! but.. i'm scared that if i am too strict then maybe he will just be more careful in the future for me not to see things like this? ya know? or what if he rebels against me? it scares me. i want to do the right thing here.

you aren't bad - you are human. we all have struggles. i don't know what to say to help because i am like you. i eat when i'm not hungry. maybe you could try using a food journal and write down everything you eat. maybe you could also pay attention to how you feel before during and after you eat the food and write those…

i just got this last week. i did learn and burn a few times and today was my first official day following the program. i also have a hard time with the co-ordination aspect. the kicks are hard for me. i've learned through this workout that my balance isn't what i thought it was. i'm hoping i will get better as time goes on.

thanks everyone for the great response!! it really helps to know there are others that know what it's like to lose a large amount of weight. i'm pretty sure most of us have had life long battles with our weight. i appreciate you all reaching out to me. thanks!!

unsalted almonds, walnuts or pistachios are good in moderation. and i get what you're saying about 'treating' yourself and then it's out of control. how about no more food treats. instead what about a new pair of pants or a top, or even a new cosmetic item? it's a battle girl, no doubt. but you WILL win!!
-
wow!! thanks for the AMAZING message. i really appreciate your advice so much!!
-
thanks! i'm not sure what etc. is for really. i just want to be able to make fruit and veggie smoothies, preferably without wasting much of the fruit/veggie. and i'd like to be able to make salsas, dips, things like that. i saw an infomercial last night for some healthy thing montel williams was selling. and i liked the…

hi! i wish this group had more activity also. i don't find many people here use weight watchers, in comparison to calorie counters. i have a long history of not doing so well with weight loss, long term. but this time WILL be different. i WILL see this through. i WILL reach my goals and i WILL be a fit and healthy person.
