i didn't know mandolin was a brand, just thought it was the thin slicing tool. i wonder if a veggie peeler would work - or would they be too thin?

this isn't true. i have never eaten a weight watcher brand food. you must be thinking of jenny craig. weight watchers is very real, and very similar to counting calories. it's just a different formula that takes carbs, fat, protein, and fibre into consideration, rather than just calories.

i have point plus material so i follow weight watchers on my own. i really like weight watchers and points plus - especially free fruit and veggies!! i never got much out of weight watcher meetings though.

i swear, but not a lot. when my 13 year old was younger i would never swear around him. i would be ok with using light swear words around him now. i know he swears with his peers. i also have a 2 year old and i won't swear around him. i think it's disrespectful to swear in front of kids.

good for you! i had the option tonight of walk or nap. i chose a nap. i felt so zapped i didn't think i had the energy to put my shoes on. i wish i would have pushed myself to walk. instead, i slept from 9pm - 1 am and i'm probably screwed for sleeping tonight - which will mess me up tomorrow. ugh - i'm so annoyed with…

i did start tracking on monday, but i ate way beyond my daily allowance. tracking is the easy part, staying within my points in where i'm struggling. i feel so gross.
