Amazing progress!! After having two kids 15 months apart I had gotten big and depressed. I avoided the camera as much as possible but my mother-in-law said I'd regret not having pictures of myself taken with my daughters. I was fat, I didn't care about having my picture taken and did NOT want evidence of being that big.…

Fantastic!! Keep up the good work! I'm at 151 right now (but am an inch shorter than you) and celebrate my birthday in October as well! I'll be 26 though. I keep changing my goals, but I want to be around 120-130 or so, it's set at 120 right now.

HUGE Star Trek fan here!! My husband got me into some anime (Full metal alchemist and Bleach are the only two I know by name, I've watched more than that though hahaha) I love The Twilight Zone (does that count? I don't know) Mystery Science Theater 3000 was a big deal to me for a long time. I love to read, mostly mystery…

Wow, congrats! You've made fantastic progress and should be super duper proud. Keep it up! You're getting there.

Exactly! When I first started this journey my original goal was 115, my pre-pregnancy weight from my military years. My body has changed so much since having children and getting out of the Army, so when I first realized it's just not realistic to go back to that shape, I was honestly bummed out. BUT as soon as I let go of…

Fantastic!! Congrats and keep it up! I didn't want to take a starting/"before" picture of myself and now I wish I did because seeing this kind of progress is amazing.

Wow!! Congrats, what an inspiration!

I'm 5'3" and my ultimate goal is 120-130, but my first goal is 140-150.

I'm glad you decided against taking pills for weight loss. It's so rewarding to be able to say you did it with just diet/exercise. Good luck on your weight loss journey!! :)

I have a 15 month old and a 2 1/2 year old, it's definitely hard trying to incorporate a workout in with both of my girls awake. I either try to do it before they wake up in the morning or after they go to bed at night. Otherwise I just try to involve them in it and usually pick "Just Dance" or Zumba so they can dance…

I have had better luck with "Just Dance" for the wii. I think it's because it's a larger variety of music, not just spanish/hop-hop which I'm really not a fan of anyway. I always felt silly doing zumba but I do know of ladies who have had great success with it. Try it out! Dancing in general is a fantastic way to lose…

Fantastic!! Congratulations and keep up the good work! :)

Yes! It took me a very, very long time to admit (mostly to myself) what I weigh. Now I can say it like it's no big deal, but it still causes me to choke at times. I'm 170lbs and still dropping! :)

Fantastic! You look great. This is very inspiring and I thank you for sharing your story & pictures!

First off, I want to say I'm sorry and totally understand what you're going through. I used to be one of those girls that could just stuff my face and not gain a pound, but then I had babies. My hormones are out of whack and my metabolism is crap. If I even slightly veer off track, I gain weight too. Keep your head up! I…
