Try Zip Fizz, only 10 calories and I really like the taste, it doesn't have the nasty after taste of diet soda! I replaced my morning coffee with it because it has a huge dose of vit B12 it gives me energy without feeling icky.

I read recently that a woman's weight can fluctuate up to 6lbs either way each day, so I say ignore the scale and go with NSV and the way you feel. It's hard to do, But you will feel better and I know I work harder when I ignore the scale and focus more on fitting into my jeans better :o)

I'd had mine for about two weeks, and I love it! I didn't realize how inactive I really was! I am lost without it now lol! I think its fantastic that your husband is supportive of you no matter what, I think it's even better that your willing to come on here and spill everything to a bunch of people you don't know and ask for help! Thank you! I thought I had made my diary public I guess not :o) I know it's takes time, and I know it will get better it just sucks that I've been getting up early to do my work out eating much better then I was and it seems like I gained... if I would have at least stayed the same I wouldn't be as upset :o(
