the instyler works wonders on my hair.. curly frizzy, and my sisters, ethnic hair and my daughters thick straight hair for perfect picture day curls! instead of a supplement try getting those b vitamins from other sources, i love cran-energy by ocean spray, but there are plenty of shakes, water additives, like mio, and even protein bars with b vitamins added to them. OH and green tea! Supplements can get pricey and like the OP mentioned many are flushed out anyways.…

i would LOVE to help but sadly i am near 30 too and having the EXACT same issue all surrounding my weight loss and routine! I do think i will take the advice to wash BEFORE as well as after my workouts and see if that helps.. Personally i have been thinking to make that appt with my Derm. but ill give this a try for .. eh…

Yeah I usually dont log when I'm having a night out.. but just out of curiosity i did log a day in Vegas, and i was 1500+ calories over before hitting the clubs.. that was just liquor and mixins ...OUCH!! but @ once a month and usually less often than than.. with 3 kiddos around...it okay. but man now football season..…

I try.. but DAMN there are some hotties on here!! My babies are 7, 5 and 13 months.. they keep in busy but not in shape.. i crank out a 60 min workout during lunch, then try to be polite while i eat at my desk later on in the day.. :/
