Use the recipe feature. It lets you put in all the ingredients and tell it how many people it feeds, then gives you the nutrition information.

Pepsi is my addiction which I find I can't seem to completely go without, so I cut back as much as possible. Some days are better than others. Replacing it with water just isn't as satisfying sometimes.
