Probably not eating enough. Your muscles need energy after working out, without it your body will store fat to use as energy. Each person is different, though. You may have to try something different to find out what works for you. I would guess though that your body needs more than 910 cals to be healthy.

With lightweight clothes on whenever I remember to check my weight before eating. My kids & exchange student wouldn't enjoy me walking through the house naked to get to the scale (because my bathroom is way too small even for a scale to fit)!

Sooo...my name is Corinne (pronounced Coreen) and once (only once) someone tried calling me Coco...No Way! I always get called (Corin) and even Connie. Hate it! I've learned to live with the incorrect pronounciation since other Corinne's are pronounced Corin, but Connie?? Really? Can't you read?

I'm 5'3" aiming for 130 lbs; however, in high school I didn't even weigh that little, so I'll see what 140 looks like first. Hovering around 170 now, so it'll be good to see even 140 again.

I've never liked yogurt because of the texture. I have recently come to like the Yoplait Whips because they are more like a mousse and I can handle that texture much better. I have grown to like them, but they are the only yogurt I can stand.
