I only log water as water. If they wanted all fluids, it would just say fluids and in that case, I would log any additional fluids also... but I only log my water!

Thanks for the input! I think my size has something to do with it also... I am wearing a size 18. I think there is quite a large jump in inches to get down to a size 16 since 16 I believe is considered Juniors?

I don't set deadlines anymore. If I set a deadline, and then it gets close and I realize it will be impossible to reach, I end up binging... almost like "Well, you failed anyway". It's a bad way to think, but, since I know how to avoid it-I do.

I have never been a fast-food eater. Actually, we have lived in our town for 3 years now. There is a McDonalds not too far down the street. I have never once been there. We do go out to eat once a week, usually on Saturday. But it is never fast food.

No matter what the number on the scale says, you have lost 10 pounds and that is something to be proud of!!! I would just log what your weight is on the new scale and consider your start weight 10 pounds heavier. Way to go on losing 10 pounds! That's fabulous.
