When I used to bake, which I don't anymore due to my strict diet, I used to replace oil in recipes for applesauce (equal amounts) I wonder if you could do that here and if it would work?? Maybe even add some chopped apple?? Make it healthier AND tastier I think.... Just curious what everyone else thinks..... :wink:
