It's my favorite show. My birthday fell on a Tues. and my husband knew to take me out to dinner and get me back to the house by 8 so that I could be in front of the set. I'm going to watch the new show, Losing it with Jillian. It airs in 2 weeks.

I decided to try Almond milk becasue I am lactose intolerant and the almond milk is also having the same effect on me. I do like it but may need to go back to Lactaid.

Maybe this is where I need to be. I've lost almost 50 lbs and am at a weight I never thought I'd see. I am ok with what I weigh but would like to get rid of the flab? How do I get started. Hoe did you get started?
