I have had days like this with my Turbo Jam. One day I burn 260 cals another day 320. Try a little protein. I've started keeping hard boiled eggs ready.

Under armour. It keeps you warm, but I still have trouble venturing out in the cold. Winter is tough for me.

It is tough to tell what if anything is wrong with your diary since most days you logged in quick calories and did not list the foods. One pound per week is wonderful. You could try eating more veggies. Less prepared foods and more home cooked meals. Make sure you are eating at least 1200 and more if you are exercising.…

Always have something for breakfast no sugared drinks including juice no white bread no white rice exercise 5 days a week

I've been trying to eat clean and natural so my fats are often in nuts. I don't worry about that.

I recently started eating cleaner and the change has been amazing. There is a book The Eat Clean Diet or check out Michi's ladder on line. Eating cleaner along with your amazing workouts could help you see some different results.

I am so smiling at your story. Good for you. I too can fit into a size 8. The first time in my life too. It is so ego boosting when people notice. Good for you and keep up the good work.

I never used to eat past 6:30. At our house we are at the table at 6. I find myself often exercising after dinner so I am often hungry at 8 or 9. They say it's not good to eat that late but I get hungry and it is also not good not to eat when hungry.

The reason I bought a HRM was so that I could be more accurate with calories burned. You really can't argue with a monitor that is using your own heart rate to perform the calculation.

I knew it wasn't low cal but I thought if I ate 1/2 a cornbread muffin from Famous Dave's I would be fairly safe. Got home, looked it up, only to find that one single muffin had 600 calories.

I once had a Doc tell me that I probably couldn't lose anymore weight and that I looked good at the weight I was at. I am 30 lbs smaller now.
