I heard that! As women we are always putting other things and people first...we HAVE to make time for ourselves. We are just as precious of a commodity as anyone else in our lives.

I am the same way. If I can't go super hard or do the workout I "want to do" then I just wont work out at all.. Very bad way of looking at it, but I do the same thing girl.

Mine is based on where I was about 6 years ago, being in great physical shape playing sports. I liked my physique then, and the amount of tone I had.
