Thank you so much ladies! :)

I totally appreciate you venting about this! It happens...no worries. I have a feeling though it is a little water retention going on...5lbs in 2 weeks doesn't sound like a normal amount to gain especially since you weren't just pigging out like crazy for the past 2 weeks! Just go back to the basics girl and you will see…

OMG I haven't had a Swiss Roll in a while...I had to stop buying them for the house WOW those things are a weakness of mine! LOL But at least you have a week to work hard before your surgery :)

I would increase them a tad and see how your body adjusts to it. I have a hard time eating back exercise calories and all of that so I am infamous for being waaaaaaay under my goal because I will burn 600-800 or so calories and then eat 1200-1400, and totally not on purpose! So I would increase little bu little and then…

My license says 180 and I was definitely 235 when I took that pic bahahaha. I know it was wishful thinking, but I knew I would get to that weight soon enough and I am on my way :)
-
Hahaha this made me laugh, "You better believe..." LOL Love it!
-
The best thing to do is to just keep your daily Shakeology going, still watch what you are eating and think about doing something like TurboFire or Insanity as a program to keep that momentum going :) Awesome work so far!
-
I thought about getting a trainer...but with my schedule, I don't think there are enough hours in the day lol
-
This is me! I am so worried about not making my mini-goal, but honestly I thought about it and I said to myself, "It won't be the end of the world...but at least know that you gave it 100% effort!" Whether you make the goal on the date or a little after...you will still make it girl!
-
I totally think it depends on the person. I noticed that when I didn't weigh myself every week, it gave me free reign to just be reckless with my eating and excercise. Case in point why I decided to do another challenge :) LOL But of course this is just me!

I am IN LOVE with Turbo Fire and Chalene! It is an amazing program honestly. It is the program that turned me into a BeachBody Coach! And you can ask any of my friends on here...I am not a walking promo, I genuinely love the program and cant testify to the improvements I have seen in my body! Go for it!

I am jealous...and you still dropped 4lbs! Dang! I am trying to be like you lol!
-
That would be a great idea!!!

Last Week: 212.4 This Week 213.4 Booooo hiss Booooo hiss! LOL I know why...I need to get my workout schedule back on point. Which is going to mean waking up at 5:30 in the morning :( someone pray for me please! I am so not a morning person lol, but we have to make those sacrifices. So my workout schedule will be as…

Yes! I have the same problem, I hate shopping as it is but now it sucks because I need more work clothes because it is like notjing at all fits me and everything is sooo big that I look so unprofessional at work, ugh! I figure I will try to get 1 outfit each week until I can increase my wardrobe. But I know what you mean,…

Lows: I didn't get to go jogging this whole week like I had planned, due to the yucky weather! So my whole routine was out of wack! I didn't get in the exercise that I wanted Highs; I did way better with my water intake! I was chugging it down all week. I also was more cautious about what I was eating and made sure to have…

Good Morning lovelies! Hope everyone is doing well and rocking it out...I know you all are! So Fridays will be the official "highs and lows" day! I want us to share our lows for the week (it does not have to be health/fitness related) and our highs...this gives an opportunity to get feedback and advice going into the…

You know what's funny is you look so much like my son's Godmother who is built the same, curly hair like yours, everything and I think she is GORGEOUS! And I think you are so beautiful! But she, my son's Godmother, has the exact same sentiments about her self-image. Girl you look great in my eyes...but I know it is all…

Woo some deep stuff ladies! I am so happy that we had so many willing to share. A few times I was near tears reading the responses because not only do I know the feelings that you all have had, but also because as women we tend to hide behind a smile so many days. That was really the point of talking about your self-image…

And I am SO happy that you decided to pour it out girl! You are a brave woman for bearing it all! :). Love ya!
-
First of all I think you are gorgeous hun! So never say that about yourself ok!
-
Well where do I start....When I think back to when I was in high school...at my lowest weights, I don't think I ever felt like I was this beautiful girl. I mean yes, I liked to take pictures with friends and thought I cleaned up well, but I was surrounded by girls that I thought were "prettier" than me. As I started…

Good Morning ladies! LOVING the participation on the thread...it is pleasing to me! :) Topic of the Day: Let's talk about self-image...how did you feel about yourself when you were at your "highest" weight vs. how you feel now? I know this may be a deep question for some to answer, however, I have noticed that in my own…

I refuse refuse refuse to workout while I am sick. In the 2 or 3 times I have done it while having a cold...it only made me feel worse! Your body needs rest when you are sick, and it needs that rest or you will be sick longer. Drink your fluids, eat right and you will be fine. Once you are 100% then resume the working out…

Girl stop lol

YOu are my new favorite person! LOL Thanks!

My mother had 2 sections and she has a flat stomach still at almost 45. It just took working out and eating right. She is big on strength training and cardio together. So don't fear...it can be done, just keep working at it :)

I had to have a c-section because I was not dilating...however, I think it should always be a woman's choice how she chooses to give birth. :)

So I totally know what you mean. I wake up already at 6:00am and then by the time I get home it is about 6:45pm. Then I have to make dinner, get the little one situated and by then I am exhausted. I have come to the resolve that I have no choice but to wake up early in the morning and get er done. That way at night I don't…
