I do this all of the time, or the binge food is already in my house. I will eat perfectly & clean all day, and get an intense urge for some chocolate or peanut butter. Unfortunately, I started August off by binging. (At least I haven't purged.) But one day isn't going to ruin my month. I have 30 more days of being binge free! Best of luck to all of you <3

oh no, nothing weird about that. ;) i did this a couple weekends ago.. another thing i used to binge on would be a can of hormel chili, with cream cheese & regular cheese melted and mixed together and dip chips in it. oh yum.

I totally am. They consume my life. I can't go out to eat without looking up the calorie amount of things, or staying at home eating healthy things because the amount of calories in things freaks me out.

i have not had a b/p free day in june yet...... ed ; 5 me ; 0 tomorrow i'm changing things up, and will try to be b/p free for the rest of the month. :/ glad y'all are having good days though! <3

i'm excited to start june with a clean slate. i'm going to try to make it at LEAST ten days in a row without binging, but my ultimate goal is to be binge free for the entire month. good luck, y'all!

Yay, I'm glad some of y'all wanna join! :) One day is good too! Because if you can go one day, you can challenge yourself to go another, and hopefully you'll make it to a month. That's what I'm doing. Each day is a new struggle, but I want to challenge myself. We can do this :)

I use herbal essences totally twisted when I wear my hair naturally. I use the herbal essences hello hydration shampoo & conditioner and it helps with the frizziness. When I straighten it, I use moroccan oil and some aussie hairspray. But that's it. (:
