PREACH sister preach!!!! Wanting to be skinny is a huge downfall for many people, woman in particular. I blame society manly but the second we realize that being HEALTHY is more important than being skinny the better off we will be. Skinny doesn't always equal healthy!

You can always join a gym. I suggest one that will allow month to month payment as opposed to signing a contract so that you will have the option to cancel without any strings attached once the weather warms up again.

I forgot to mention that this is a 30 day until my birthday challenge. 9/22-10/22 (my 36th birthday) so it didn't start at the "beginning" of September...but it's for 30 days.

Cute romper, too bad I wasn't comfortable enough to actually wear it out that day...tried it on took the pic then changed into another outfit right away...maybe next summer.

In August I worked out six days a week., most days for one hour. This month will include a weekly challenge from Sat-Sat I have to omit something from my diet...this week "nothing WHITE"...4 days is and I'm so excited I'm doing great. Next week no sugar...maybe. I think I can I think I can!:)

I'm a 6 day a week girl...I teach Zumba 2 times a week, take a step and sculpt class 2 times and rotate the elliptical and treadmill the other 2 days. Add me if you'd like to.

Decided to "try" on an outfit that my hubby bought for me since I would have NEVER gotten it for myself! He took the pic then I changed. I didn't feel comfortable enought to wear it out in puplic. Maybe next summer...

I'm in, especially since I realized like the previous poster that it's only a 30 day challenge and that my MFP's is much more doable for me! I have a birthday next month and would love to be at a healthy and comfortable weight. Bring it ON!

I'm a fan of the elliptical. I think that you burn more on it unless your running on the treadmill or walking at a at least 4.0 increasing the incline every 5 mins.
