I agree! I think if you have a closed diary then why join MFP?? I know it is 'MY" fitness pal and not 'SOMEONE ELSE" fitness pal but I think this a social support site from what I see. I know you can keep some things private but everything?? COME ON YALL!!! lol.

I think you should weigh yourself daily in the morning because it will keep you focus on what to eat everyday. Dont be mad or discouraged with a bad number every now and then also. If you are truly commited you should be where you wanna be by the end of journey and reach your goals!!

I have logged different activities other than working out before. I pick and choose the exercise to log based on my level of intensity and movement. I think no matter what you log for your workout the scale will not lie at the end!

If I workout early in the morning I normally don't eat( I workout better on an empty stomach early in the morning)

Not only are picking RG3 but we have surrounded other good players around him in free agency. Out defense has always been great and hopefully the offense match them this year and we should be okay.
